I was contacted by a Jaggaer recruiter via LinkedIn to ask if I'd be interested in a role at the company. I agreed to an initial phone screen.
I had the initial phone screen with a recruiter for a that director-level role. We covered the usual standard phone screen questions asking about experience, resume, background, et cetera. Recruiter indicated there was no fixed compensation budget and that it was TBD. I shared my current comp and advised I'd need to do better if I were to leave my current job.
All seemed to go well with the phone screen. The recruiter asked that I complete a personality and aptitude assessment, which all in required approximately 45 minutes of time.
I completed the assessments. A couple days later, I was contacted by the recruiter to advise they were targeting a candidate that would accept approximately 50% of my current compensation.
Overall, engaging with this company was just a complete waste of time. I would suggest looking elsewhere based on my experience. Perhaps my experience is an outlier, but from what I can tell, they don't value the time of their candidates.
