2 stages - 1st stage was a normal interview with lots of competency based questions as well as normal questions. 2nd stage was a presentation, again with lots of competency based questions as well as a mix of random and general questions based on presentation and role. Not too difficult though lots of questions asked and just some unexpected questions like what do you enjoy least about the role.
The HR team take a long time to advertise and provide updates. The HR team also provide updates about the process and candidate to others ( who shouldn't be informed first), breaching confidentiality. HR team are also vague with information when asked questions and not clear on feedback. No feedback given from the PS team and was only given when asked. Took too long for PS team to come back following interview, get a sense of the team being overwhelmed. High turnover with staff leaving regularly. There is a lot of uncertainty around the role and what it entails even though the job spec is already advertised.
