The first round for the People and Change team as an entry level management consultant was both a technical and behavioural interview. The technical part was case style questions focusing on change management and their service lines within People and Change.

Tell me about a time you took a leadership role in a group setting.
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
