Preliminary selection through written testing, CV evaluation and in person interview with several managers leading the defense department. a friendly and polite environment, good communication up to the actual meeting at the headquarters of the company.
The first stage was a phone interview with the recruiter in a friendly manner with the usual questions about salary and work experience, which were good and positive, and they said they would respond within the next two weeks.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
