It was a first technical interview with the tech lead, then home assignment and afterwards another interview with the boss and tech lead. The home assignment is meant to check way of thinking instead of proper solution.

Interview
1. Talent Partner call - Basic admin questions
2. Official KPMG team introduction call - Felt like a conversation. Went smoothly.
3. Technical round - Grilled me on Gen AI. But went smoothly. Interviewers were very supportive
4. Technical Task + Behavioural - I was given task to create a model using RAG, vector databases etc. Interviewers were impressed with my work. Couldn't perform well in behavioural questions.
Got a call from talent partner a few days later. Rejected me with a well structured feedback. Interview process was a bit slow, but loved everything else about the whole interview process.
