I am 10 years qualified for this role but apparently if you 3 PhD you still wouldn't be qualified enough to even get a short conversation with the recruiter. This is outrageous. I'm not understanding who these individuals are that reviewing candidates. They shouldn’t be the one selecting candidates!!
