Interview
telephone interview was really straight forward and structured with typical qs like:
why kpmg, why audit, tell me a time i delivered good customer service, a time i multi-tasked. etc
i also got a lot of questions on career motivation and have to give answers on why kpmg not other big 4 etc.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
