I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I Interviewed at the KPMG office in Chicago. There were two 30 minute interviews. One interview was with a partner, and the other was with a senior manager. Both interviews were extremely conversational. One or two semi-behavioral questions scattered within the interview. Have questions ready to ask. Pay attention to their answers and then ask refer back to them. Both interviews were enjoyable overall. I know it is cliche, but just be yourself and you'll do fine.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
