I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Online application -> Online tests -> Phone interview -> Assessment centre (did not pass)
Overall a very straightforward process with very professional assessors. However, does take a bit of patience to get review for the assessment centre as they are very busy with a lot of applicants.
Really enjoyed the environment in the office in London. Such a shame that it was not meant to be.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to put an idea across and what challenges did you face?
Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.
I got a phone call with an invite to the interview. It was in person in their offices. It was intense, quite short about 20 minutes, and I was asked more questions about academics/school than I expected.

Question 1
Why I chose my LC subjects.
Why I chose college degree.
Application, Online Tests, Video Interview, then Assessment Centre including Group Task then Final Interview. Standard process which most firms in the UK use. Everyone was really nice at the assessment centre day.
