- Interviewers went to my University for the interview
- The interview was more conversational rather than structured (i.e. asking a set of standard questions)
- Interviewed by 4 individuals (split in 2 groups back to back). Took about an hour; 30 minutes for each group
- You will know right away if they want you as an employee and whether you are the correct "fit".

Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
