I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied through university job board, got an email for an interview about a month later. Interviewer was an HR recruiter, asked mainly behavioral questions. Questions were not hard, but lack of emotion from the recruiter made it a bit intimidating. Hardest out of all the big 4.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
