I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2009
Interview
The interview process started with a campus interview, and then a referral to the office of my choice. Once I made it past the first round, I was flown into the city of my choosing to interview with senior managers and partners of the firm at the firm's local office.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
