I apply from the college job panel. Take the first step interview with skype meeting with two people, very friendly. Generally, go through your resume and some behavior question. No technical question.

Group Interview, not necessarily in turns, standard question on "Tell me about yourself", "Why KPMG?", "Why should KPMG hire you" and just-to-know-you question based on resume.
In my case, recruiter/interviewer was professional and kind.
two 30minutes interview sections. I got interviewed by HR and an audit partner. i had 30mi interview with each one. most of question you are asked are related to behavior questions. they did not ask me many questions, sadly.
