There was a Video Conference round 1:1 and after that there were two rounds (Operations and HR) separately held after that VC round. The Operations round was held simultaneously after the VC round and the HR round was held after that.

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.
