Very enlightening and robust.
Went through a 4 stage interview process - with a cocktail (soft skills focus); Psychometric evaluations (quantitative reasoning); Manager interview (technical proficiency in accounting); Partner interview (soft skills focus)
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
