Interview
The interview process was very rigourus first we had our group discussion followed by the online test and then two rounds of interview. The hiring team was very polite but the interview rounds were very nerve cracking they aksed the basics of class 11th accounts and normal hr ques like why to join kpmg.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
