Applied online, sent CV and it was reviewed. Completed a few psychometric tests and then was invited for an interview. Interview was almost completely competency based, didn't really question me on role specific situations

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.
