I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview was fairly easy. The phone interview consisted of two, thirty-minute phone calls by my manager and another co-worker I'd be working with. They asked about my experiences on my resume and mainly behavioral questions.

Question 1
When did you encounter conflict in a group setting and how did you handle it?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
