Not very intense. More of getting to know who you are and your related experience. Need to let the interviewer know that you know what you are applying for. Just be yourself and be confident when replying. Good to ask question about prospects and show your willingness to stay in the co. for long
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
