Interview
Il colloquio si è sviluppato in due parte.
La prima parte ha coinvolto domande di tipo motivazionale come:
- Parlaci di te?
- Hai mai fallito? Come reagisci ad un fallimento?
- Hai mai lavorato in gruppo?
- Aspetti negativi e positivi di lavorare in gruppo?
La seconda parte si è incentrata sulla contabilità. Nello specifico mi sono stati chiesti maggiori dettagli su una materia durante il mio percorso di studi. Alcune delle domande contabili:
- Quali IAS/IFRS hai studiato?
- Facevi il confronto coi principi contabili internazionali?
- Parlami di questo (x) principio contabile
- Parlami degli step per applicare questo IAS/IFRS

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
