It was an interview with 3 candidates, an HR representative and several managers. It lasted almost 2 hours, and consisted of questions about personal background and some financial problems. The interview had to be in English, however, it was mostly held in Romanian. The financial problems were of an average level, however, since they were not written anywhere, and you had to listen to the problem and give an answer, it was a bit uncomfortable. In general, it seemed like the staff was not prepared and interested enough.
