The process took 4 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Mountain View, CA) in May 2010
Interview
I began interviewing with the firm through campus recruiting. Since I'm recruiting for a winter internship, the recruiting process stretched out over a period of four months. All the professionals from KPMG I have met are exceptionally friendly, and I have been through a total of 4 1:1 interviews.

It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
