The initial interview process was easy as it was just 4 questions about yourself. Its a one way digital interview and you simply submit answers whilst getting a minute to read and 2minutes to respond

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
