Interview
I applied in KPMG Makati, Philippines. First step is technical exam. If passed the exam, an invite will be sent for an interview the next day. There are 2 set of interview that can happen in 1 day: HR and Partner. All my fellow applicants were interviewed by the Partner, except me. I waited alone in the room until post lunch but no instructions were given. I never received a message from HR that I failed the interview or didn't meet their requirements. I want to cry but no tears fall, maybe because I feel hunger more.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
