1. group dynamic exercise with human resources team involving around 10 people (1 hour duration)
2. interview with senior manager (1 hour duration)
3. interview with partner (45 minutes duration)

Wie kann ien Versicherungsunternhemen seinen Umsatz seigern (Case Study)?
De procedure bestond uit meerdere rondes zoals het indienen van een cv en motivatie, het uitvoeren van een capaciteitentest en het invullen van een persoonlijkheidstest. Daarnaast werden er ook gesprekken gevoerd.
