Interview
A relatively quick process, only a couple of weeks. Two back to back 30min interviews with manager/director. The interviewers were nice and asked mainly behavioral questions. The recruiter did not respond to any of my emails.

Question 1
What was the most fun memory of college? Let's say business A is has a structure with many management levels and business B is a very flat organization. What is each business good at? Tell me about a time when you made a mistake.
Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
