There are three sections: First, 1on1 interview, around 45 min, and then 10 min break; Second, group discussion, around 20 min, 10 min break; Finally, self reflection, around 10 min
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
