I interviewed for the Restructuring team. The interviewers were two directors from the team, and no HR staff were present. They were very friendly, I recommend just being yourself and trying to make normal conversation also.

I was asked why I wanted to work at KPMG, to introduce myself, and then I was asked 3 more HR questions. These were a time I have been put in an unethical situation and how I dealt with it, a time I have improved a process for my team, and a time when I knew I wasn’t going to meet a deadline and how did I ensure that the quality of work was still up to standard.
Nice, very behavioural, just asked why you’d wanna work there, and probed a bit more about your CV (printed in front of you). Specific question about digital systems and how you utilise them well.

The interview was friendly and straightforward. They asked plenty of behavioural questions to understand your motivations and reasons for choosing that particular area. It seemed they valued genuine and confident individuals.
Standard behavioural, and some good discussion of the scope undertaken by the specific Service Line. Very friendly interviewers who were attentive. You will get asked a values alignment question and be expected to answer in the STAR format.
