The interview process involved a 30minute face to face interview with managers and directors. Following this, you are expected to work on an activity for 30 minutes. Once you have completed these, you are given 30minutes to network with current graduates and managers.

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Describe a time you've had to challenge your managers view?
Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.
