Il colloquio ha inizio dopo una fase di scrematura di candidata che viene realizzata tramite un test di contabilità e bilancio di una 30ina di domande. Dopo aver superato il test c'è una nuova fase di testing del livello di inglese. Successivamente si parla con un responsabile delle risorse umane ed un senior che "interroga" il candidato con alcune domande sempre su bilancio e contabilità (molto semplici). L'ultima fase di colloquio consiste in un dialogo con una manager di KPMG presso la sede in cui dovresti andare a lavorare.

Interview with the usual questions of why did you want to join us and the interviewer also asked questions on practical examples when dealing with particular scenarios. Interviewer also shared on the company’s culture.
