I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
I was found by a recruiter. I think only the knowledge of a not so common European language was the important, my general knowledge and education paid only a very small roll in getting the job. Big pro: Only one round where I was questioned by partners and another person testing my language skills.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
