It was easy. They mostly look for well-spoken graduates fresh out of college. You should know the basics of Excel; they might ask for some formulas. College, no bar. So, if you feel you come from a less-ranked college, it's not a big issue.

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.

Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
