I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Accra) in Oct 2021
Interview
The recruitment is a four-stage process comprising two aptitude tests, managers' interview, and finally the partners' interview.
The Managers' interview is quite robust and relatively more challenging than the partners' interview. Consequently, many people make the mistake of taking the partners' interview for granted which is the worst mistake to commit.

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit, it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
