Interview
The interview process for the KPMG Financial Analyst Internship started with an online application where I submitted my resume, cover letter, and transcript. After a few days, I was invited to complete an online assessment that included numerical reasoning and situational judgment questions, which tested both my analytical thinking and decision-making in professional scenarios. After passing the assessment, I had a first-round virtual interview with a recruiter. It was mostly behavioral — they asked me about my experiences working in teams, handling deadlines, and why I was interested in finance and KPMG specifically.

One question that stood out was: "Tell me about a time when you had to analyze a large amount of data to make a decision."
Three rounds of interview. Their is one aptitude test also which is moderate.first hr interview and then manager interview is taken and then aptitude test is taken. After passing aptitude test one last round of interview is conducted which is very easy.

Very tough interview process. Based on basic financial knowledge starting with a presentation round where u are grouped in a team and present your company. HR round is also taken.
