Interview
The process was conducted at our college campus. All the rounds were eliminating rounds. First round was an aptitude test, second was GD and the next were HR interview and Technical Interview.
Aptitude test had 3 or 4 parts consisting of general questions, accounting and financial questions.
Topics for the GD were not much difficult.
Technical round consisted of questions related to accounting and finance.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
