Kaiser Permanente Intern interview questions

I received an email after applying online, asking me to complete a video interview where I recorded myself answering various questions that were given to me on screen. I was allowed to rerecord my answers up to three times, but could also choose when to begin recording so that I could perfect the wording of my answer beforehand.

I applied online then got an invitation to do a pre-recorded interview session. Probably around 2-3 weeks later someone reached out to me over the phone to go over the position details then they forwarded my resume to the hiring manager and I got contacted for a phone interview about a week later. A day later I was informed that I would be moving onto the next round to speak to the senior director, but he had a work emergency and couldn't make the interview. A few days later, I was made an offer. The hiring manager was very friendly!
