Interview
Group interview and panel, process took 3 hours. Overall was a laid back experience seemed to settle in after others answered their questions presented to them. Received feedback to elaborate on clinical situation as to make it not as generic.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Lengthy process, long panel interviews, kp always prefer BSN. Questions may be challenging and panels are usually intimidating. I’ve interviewed at three different locations for different new grad positions and every kp location has their style of interviews. Some are coordinated by the HR consultant and managers sit back and listen and others are conducted my managers and nurses.
