Kearney Consultant interview questions

3 rounds of interviews consisting of both case & behaviour interviews. 2nd and 3rd round will be held back to back on the same day (total of 2 hours) [1st round] Manager level will be the interviewer. First part of the interview will be a case interview followed by a behaviour interview. [2nd & 3rd round] Partner or Senior Partner level will be the interview for the 2nd round. Interview was mainly focused on behaviour aspects (what you accomplished in the past, why you applied for Kearney, what do you value the most when you work, etc) Manager of Senior Manager level will the interviewer for the 3rd round. the interview was mainly a case interview (probably 40-50 minutes).
