Applied through campus. First round on campus (45 min case, 45 min behavioral), Final round in office, 2 behavioral and 1 case. Interviewees are extremely friendly and nice to talk to. Very casual interview style. They get back to you immediately after each round

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
