Went through the campus recruitment process.
Had 3 rounds of interviews. First two being case interviews and a final partner round.
The interviewers were very friendly and the cases that were given were interesting market entry cases. The fit interview was centered around the 'why consulting' question.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
