Absolutely disinterested interviewer going through a checklist of questions. This statement pretty much sums up my interview. The interview almost felt robotic at times as the questions were merely asked with not even a single engaging conversation.
The interview consisted of fit & case parts, 30 minutes each.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- partner interview online at the end of it
