Interview
1. Resume drop: submitted online
2. First round interviews: 2 back-to-back 45min interviews on campus, 1 behavioral and 1 case
3. Second round interviews: 3 back-to-back 45min interviews in the NY office, 2 behaviorals and one case
4. Phone call with offer: received a call within hours about the offer
O processo recrutamento foram até à fase em que cheguei foram duas entrevistas, cada uma com parte comportamental e caso, cada uma com duração de 1 hora. Os entrevistadores foram muito simpáticos e foi uma boa experiência.
Two first round interviews with associates or managers, two second round interviews with a principal and partner. All interviews include a behavioral aspect, a case, and a Q&A at the end.
2 rounds of 3 interviews, 1.5-2 hours each heavy technicals some behaviorals. I received a call a few days later after each round if I was passed on/received an offer.
