1) Send cover letter and resume, 2) First round interview consisting of two interviews, half being personal fit, half being classic case interviews.
Had I been invited for second round, more interviews would follow.

What's your story? Why ATK? How do you want to use your skills? How would you feel about a manager deciding on a stupid idea? What is a good consultant like? Which role do you take in a team?

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
