The first round interview consisted of two hour long interviews with managers over skype, back to back. Each interview consisted of 30 minutes of the standard questions regarding your CV/Cover Letter, and 30 minutes of case question.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.

- written case at office, about 1.5 hours - time to prepare & present an Excel & Powerpoint
- partner interview online at the end of it
