Interviewed in Cape Town. Made it through to the second round. Each round has two back to back interviews with separate consultants and are quite conversational. Each includes a getting to know you section followed by a case study. Found the first two interviews better than the second two both in terms of approachability and overall style of conducting the case studies. Second round interviews were done with more senior consultants who did not seem very interested in the candidate and did not communicate the case questions well.
