Interview
Typical consulting recruiting process that includes CV/CL screening, test (very simiilar to GMAT), 3-6 intervies with different levels from SBA to Partners, depending on the position you apply, that include case and fit interview. It's better to do research before the interview and know who your interviewer.
Gmat -> entrevista 1 (associate) -> entrevista 2 (manager) -> entrevista 3 (partner)

Straightforward case interviews across 3 rounds. Half the time is spent on behaviourals and the other half is the case. Culture is very important to them and it's one of the things I loved most about working there

Interview
Intense but good, very holistic and inclusive. They really wanted to get to know me and who I was as a person. It was 5 rounds and all with different people working at the firm. It was a great experience and very interactive
