I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kearney (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
This was a rigorous interview, with a full day of discussions with senior team leaders as well as more junior team members who focused on detailing the specifics of their experience with the firm. One senior team leader described a model client situation and asked that I provide some ideas of how I might address the client's multiple challenges and what criteria I might select in assessing those challenges.

Question 1
How would you describe the value proposition of A.T. Kearney's client approach versus the other consulting firms you have had discussions with?
2 rounds, 5 interviews total. Consisted of 4 cases with some behavioral questions. Final interview with partner only on behaviorals. The whole process was really quick and great, with very accommodating recruiter.
Two round process with one case in the first and two in the second, one behavioral interview in each interview. The cases got progressively easier, and the interviewers offered feedback in between rounds.
Fair interview process. First one is generally with Manager, and final round interview is generally with a Partner. Be prepared for a case! I genuinely enjoyed my final round with the Partner and felt that he was someone I could learn from.
