The case was related to customer acquisition channels for a financial services player.
Behaviourals included general motivational questions and why Kearney?
Screening of CVs, Admission test consisting of 13 multiple choice quetions about a business case, personal interviews with associates and partners with both a personal and a case component on their main office in Lisbon.

Behavioural questions (15 min) followed by case study (30 min) and then any questions you have (10 min). The case study is similar to those found online, specifically used my solving case study guides.
