I've applied through a campus search. Shortly after I submitted my resume, we scheduled an interview in the University Campus. The interview was with two Consultors that wanted to add an intern in Sourcing for the summer. They were friendly and ask about career, why consulting, why sourcing... after 10 minutes we started the case interview which lasted for 20 minutes aprox. They asked me to predict the demand of pizza for the town where I live. After the case questions, we spent another 10 minutes talking about A.T. Kearney, what's the job like... and any sort of question I might have. This interview was 2 months ago and still haven't heard from them.
