Overall the interview process was very well conducted with non-intimidating interviewers. The interviews comprised of a behavioral questions relating to firm fit as well as case solving. The cases were well conducted and feedback was given, and the behavioral questions were well thought out.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
